Programme terms

  1. The sample tournament is scheduled for the final Saturday of each month, with times and participating machines announced at least seven days in advance.
  2. Eligible members must register in person, present valid identification and check in no later than 15 minutes before their assigned heat.
  3. Tournament credits have no cash value. Scores are determined only by the approved tournament software and the credit balance recorded when the timed round ends.
  4. Machine allocation is random. A verified malfunction may result in a replay on another machine at the tournament director's discretion.
  5. The 12 highest verified heat scores advance to the final. Ties are resolved by a short playoff on the same game configuration.
  6. Prizes are personal and non-transferable. Free Play prizes expire seven days after issue unless the final event rules state otherwise.

General conditions

  2. Scott E-Gaming Club house rules, responsible gaming controls, applicable law and regulatory directions prevail at all times.
  3. Member accounts must remain active and in good standing. Employees, contractors and other excluded persons are not eligible unless expressly approved.
  4. Rewards may require source-of-funds, identity, account and play verification before issue. Suspected duplicate, automated, fraudulent or irregular activity may be withheld while reviewed.
  5. Free Play, entries, invitations and hospitality benefits are personal, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
  6. In the event of a discrepancy, the club management system, validated machine records and the final written promotion rules will determine eligibility.
