These clauses are a realistic concept draft for review and must be replaced or legally approved before any real launch.

The sample event is scheduled for the second Sunday of each month. Registration capacity, heat times and any member-tier priority will be published before each event.
Tournament credits may be used only during the assigned round and cannot be exchanged, transferred or combined with ordinary cash play.
Players must place wagers personally within the announced minimum and maximum tournament limits. Coaching or proxy play during a round is not permitted.
Rankings are based on the validated tournament credit balance at the end of each timed round. The event system record is final unless a technical error is confirmed.
Ties are resolved by a five-spin playoff or another method announced by the tournament director before the relevant round begins.
Management may pause, replay or relocate a round when equipment, connectivity, safety or regulatory requirements make it necessary.
