These clauses are a realistic concept draft for review and must be replaced or legally approved before any real launch.

Programme terms

  1. The sample programme operates on Fridays during October 2026. Entry earning closes 15 minutes before each advertised draw time.
  2. Members receive one electronic entry for each complete block of 1,000 eligible points earned on the relevant draw day. Partial blocks do not carry forward.
  3. The selected member must be physically present in the club, present their membership card and valid identification, and claim within three minutes of announcement.
  4. If a winner does not claim in time, the club may redraw. A member may win once per session unless announced otherwise by the event host.
  5. Entries reset after the final Friday draw and cannot be sold, transferred, combined between accounts or exchanged for cash.
  6. The electronic draw system record is final, subject to correction of an evident system malfunction or verified account error.

General conditions

  1. All programmes shown on this concept website are illustrative samples and do not constitute a public offer or guarantee of value.
  2. Scott E-Gaming Club house rules, responsible gaming controls, applicable law and regulatory directions prevail at all times.
  3. Member accounts must remain active and in good standing. Employees, contractors and other excluded persons are not eligible unless expressly approved.
  4. Rewards may require source-of-funds, identity, account and play verification before issue. Suspected duplicate, automated, fraudulent or irregular activity may be withheld while reviewed.
  5. Free Play, entries, invitations and hospitality benefits are personal, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
  6. In the event of a discrepancy, the club management system, validated machine records and the final written promotion rules will determine eligibility.
PLAY RESPONSIBLY

Participation is voluntary. Members may request limits, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion support through a host at any time.
